Bill paid in full to order iPhone

I am planning on trying to order the phone online in the Apple store at 10 PM or call and see if they have it in stock tomorrow if that doesn't work. I have a $50 apple gift card so I would rather do that than go to a Verizon store. If it is ordered through Apple, will my bill have to paid in full? I know I had that problem when I tried to pre-order the 4 through Verizon online but wasn't sure if that was only since it was through Verizon and a pre-order.

Also, if I try to order online tonight will it be able to tell that mu upgrade isn't until tomorrow? I won't be picking it up until then obviously but wasn't sure if it went by when it was ordered or picked up.

You have to be not past due to order any phone as an upgrade.

If you have for example current charges $300 due in 2weeks but owe $100 still from 2weeks ago on last bill you have to pay the $100 before you can upgrade unless you upgrade after 2weeks then you would have to pay $400 because $300 would be due as well.

You have to have the upgrade when you order.
