Hi, after 6 months Verizon should unblock our iphone so we can use an E Sim. but nothing happened so far. now we are in europe and want to use the verizon I phone with the e sim. what do i have to do? thank you

Hey there, Jessica! Verizon's phones are set up to automatically unlock once they've been active on our Network for at least 60 days. If, after that, they still aren't unlocked, we would want to look into the account it was active on, and see why it didn't unlock, and if it can be manually unlocked! *Matthew
