Called and schedule call back twice. Each call came through but no Verizon agent responding. I just wanted to know if my old phone (Apple 😎 is lock. I purchased/upgraded a new phone (App13) and will give old phone to a family member. I just wanted to make sure the old phone is not lock to be used with a different carrier. Please advise before I give my phone away. Thank you.
