Caller ID Blocking for Outgoing Calls & Texts?

I have 8+ and was wondering how I turn the caller id off on outgoing calls and texts ?    Thank you

*67 for call....not sure how you block number for messages.

alstephens84, we understand that sometimes it is necessary to make a call without revealing your information. You can dial *67 before a number to block your Caller ID for that call. We offer a free Caller ID block to block your number from appearing on all calls as well. Caller ID Block can be added on My Verizon.
