Can I have a setting so when I call or text someone they will only see my number without my name showing also? Is this a device question or verizon?

GP62,

Great question!  You can find it here https://login.verizonwireless.com/amserver/UI/Login?realm=vzw&goto=https%3A%2F%2Fmyaccount.verizonwi.... Just sign in as you would My Verizon.

Keep me posted if you need further assistance.

You can set your Share Name ID to show your name, or just a generic "Wireless Caller" with the number. However, if you are one of their contacts, you will likely show up as whatever they have you listed as in their address book.

This also only works with other Verizon phone users.  Not everyone will see your personalized name on their caller ID screen.  You'll still be "Wireless Caller" to any non-Verizon user.

The option is in Features/Apps/Programs in My Verizon on the left had side of the screen in a list.
