123-marwest, having the ability to have your name show up on a caller ID is essential, and you have come to the right place for help. Does this issue happen with every person you call or just to a specific contact? How did you originally update this information on your My Verizon account( mobile app or desktop website)? Are you referring to the Caller Name ID feature?
