Calls and texting issue

My daughter and I have the Iphne XR. I can text her. She sees my texts. However she can not text me or call me on her phone. I checked and she did not block me nor do I have her blocked. Any suggestions to fix this?

I understand your need to be able to communicate with your daughter with calls and texts. Help is here. What changes were made since the last time your daughter was able to call or text you? Describe what happens when she attempts to call and text your line.
