Calls from certain numbers are going straight to vm after iOS7 upgrade on 4s

Phones does not ring and there is no history of the call in logs. Very annoying.  How do I fix this??/

Let's fix this camanno1! Please review your Do No Disturb settings here http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5463 Also, please try pressing and holding the power and home key at the same time until the Apple logo appears and test with contact. If unsuccessful please backup and restore via iTunes here http://vz.to/19BWuju Please keep me posted. Thank you.
