When people call me they can't hear me. I upgraded to the 6 plus and I only get 2 bars in my house. I had a 5 and had great service in my house. Is there something I can do to reset the phone so I can get better service?i paid too much miney for this phone not to get good service. My son has a 5c with T-mo and has all of his bars.

I would Take it to Apple for service.  It is within warranty.

i Assume you have had service all along with Verizon with good reception?

Look no further help is here! Having reliable service is definitely important. Are you having the audio issues only while inside your home? If you are using a case on your phone, please remove it and retest to see if you notice a difference.
