This is my second 5C in less than a year due to technical issues. This time, my camera freezes up and I am unable to utilize the camera. After visiting the local corporate store, I was told they can do nothing for me even though it didn't appear as though the phone was damaged. This is a apple problem and if I wan to solve it with Verizon it would cost me a couple hundred dollars. Otherwise wait for my upgrade. Long story short, we are customers for nearly 20 years and this is the worst phone and customer service I have received, am I out of options for a device that does not work correctly at no fraught of my own?
I use my iPhone camera to take basically all my pictures MJEFE. So having a camera that freezes up is not ok. I am sorry to learn that you've had 2 other replacements, your loyalty definitely speaks volumes with us and we want you to have a properly working phone. While we are able to replace with the same make/model, what I might suggest doing is checking with Apple directly. They may have an alternate option for you.
