Can I transfer the passwords saved in Safari from my old phone to my new iPhone 6S

Hi

I have been able to transfer all my pictures and data from my iPhone 5S to my 6S+, except.....is it possible to transfer all the passwords I have saved in Safari to my new phone? I thought it would when I did the phone sync, but I guess not. Also, I put a few things on my calendar in the old phone, but they did not transfer either.

I'm just trying to find if there is an easier way to accomplish these things other than manually.  I'm sure I'll have plenty more questions as I go along.

Oh! I forgot. I have an iPhone 6S+, 64GB.  I always forget to say that.
