7 hours ago i made the unfortunate decision to go ahead and upgrade to 7.0 on my I5. after the first attempt failed at the three hour mark and the second attempt failed at the 3.5 hour mark (error message -39-) my phone is now useless. i have started the third attempt and it says i have 3 hours to go. HELP!

Oh my! Software updates are supposed to make your device better. Are you connected to Wi-fi attempting to download this update? Did have enough space on the device? You can attempt to restore your device via iTunes http://vz.to/NrL6R9 by performing an Alternate Hard Reset.
