Can not send emails

my iphone 4s is receiving emails fine, but I can not send them.  The gmail account works fine but my windstream ones do not.  Can you help?

I will assume Windstream is a local or national isp?

In you mail program under accounts you have to set the pop3 server to receive and the smtp server information to send via Windstream.  These setting can be gotten from your isp web site or via calling them for the information.

you then place your login account name and password in the initial set up and then save the email account.
