Can't access "Newsstand" store?

I opened the Newsstand app hoping to download the user guide there.  The "store" button is greyed out and it won't allow me to access the store?  Any suggestions?

Hello NanaSioux. I love that Newsstand App, so we need to get that working for you! Try restarting your iPhone. Press the lock button until a screen pops up asking if you want to power down your device. Shut it down. Wait about 20 seconds and power the device back on. Return to the App and the store button should now be functioning. Let me know if this works! Have a great day!
