Can't get pictures

Since we have switched to verizon and got the I phone 6 we can't receive pictures from our friends on another carrier. We can send them but can't receive them in messages. Can get pics from other verizon phones though!

That is definitely odd and we want to figure out what is going on here. Is this happening with all users on the account? Let's be sure that MMS is enabled. Take a look here to check the setting http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-115694/.

Hello Greig64

We definitely want you to get your pictures from everyone on your new iPhone 6! I recommend you go to Settings>Messages>MMS Messaging and make sure it's turned on as this setting is for picture and video messages. Here's a helpful link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204065.
