Had the phone for week and a half and still no calls.

Are calls going to voicemail?   Are texts coming in? 

IS do not disturb or ringer off?  (There are 3 ways to silence ringer)

Do not disturb is not on, but thx. No moon on top. No one can get to the voice mail..it has a long ring then busy signal....

The three ways to silence ringer I don't think matters cause it's not going through..but I believe that would be by the disturb button, the quick side button, and turning it down right. Thx

Yep.  Are you new to Verizon?   If so, your port may not be complete.  Is your previous phone off or SIM card removed.

Did you upgrade from an Android phone? Are you using a new SIM card that came preinstalled in the phone or did you move your SIM from a previous VZW device?

Pepawayne, we certainly want you to get your calls. We are here to help get you connected. Since this issue started have you dialed *73 from your cellular phone to make sure that call forwarding was not enabled? Are you able to make calls?
