Can't use Siri voice options in minivan?

I have a new Town & Country and cannot use my Bluetooth Siri controls when the phone is connected - I have to turn Bluetooth off in order for it to work. Does anyone have a fix for this? I've tried looking on Chrysler forums but have had no luck. Thanks!

You should look at Apple forums.

siri isn't supported with all Bluetooth and car stereos.

Get help using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with your car stereo - Apple Support

since your car is new, it's odd it isn't Siri compatible.  Please check with your dealer to see if a firmware update is available.
