I haven't been able to send a text off and on since Saturday 5/4/2019. I have re-booted several times. Please advise.

We are sorry to see that your messaging service is not working correctly. To determine what is going on, tell us more. What happens when you attempt to send a text? Did anything change with your device prior to Saturday, if so, what was it? Which messaging app are you using?
