My cell service used to be great but for the last 4 days or so it has been bad. I don’t get some calls, some calls drop, some the person can’t hear me. What is going on? I pay a lot of. Money for my families cell service. I switched to Verison for the better coverage! No it’s not working like it used to! Very disappointed!

I've had Verizon for about 20 years, and very rarely had problems with reception. When I did, it was a random one-time situation. But my reception has been terrible the last 3-4 weeks. Where I used to have 4 bars in my house, often gets down to 1 or 2. I have reset my network settings twice, as suggested by the chat help. I never minded paying a little more for Verizon because my service was great. If it's going to be this poor, I might as well change carriers, and save money. If you find out what is going on, update us.
