I can't get cellular data turned on for FaceTime or Pandora .

I love the Face Time application! It's one of my favorite things about my phone! Help has arrived to get this working asap! When did you notice these applications starting to act up?

Settings > Cellular > Scroll down find name of app and make sure it's switch is green
