My business is a privilege.  Poor customer service in 2021 is not acceptable. Verizon has been extremely unprofessional as trying to upgrade my perfect condition iphone x to a 12. I waited four months to get a promotion applied and spoke to numerous agents, waited on calls for almost two hours, waiting, waiting, waiting....customers shouldn't have to follow up on basic terms that they agreed to and were promised in promotions. Please do better Verizon.  Your agents shouldn't have to deal with frustrated customers when you mess up either. Our business is your privilege.
