Why can I not transfer contacts from Verizon Cloud to my iPhone. My contacts were eatin off my iPhone 5 and could not be reprogrammed and the same issue was transferred to my iPhone 6S. Please advise how to get my contacts back onto my phone and why they disappeared and I cannot program new number into my phone
