Have a new 6s. My husband seems to think he checked off BOTH "advanced calling" AND pay $0.99 for ringback tones when adding features to my phone he got me for Christmas. Obviously RBT & AC are non-functional together. I have turned off "HD calling" on my device according to the posted instructions but cannot access ringback tones. How do I remove "advanced calling" from my "plan" and activate RBTs? I would rather have the latter, especially considering I paid $20 for these RBT 3 weeks ago.
thanks!

Log into MyVerizon and you can turn it off yourself.

OK finally got it figured out - i'm not sure if it just took a while to "reactivate" my ringback tones after I canceled Advanced Calling, but it seemed to ONLY worked because I ended up purchasing ANOTHER ringback tone. After I purchased a new RBT, ALL of my previously purchased ringback tones appeared (NOTE - Verizon did NOT let me purchase a ringback tone before I eliminated Advanced Calling - only AFTER I eliminated Advanced Calling did it let me purchase a new RBT and then was subsequently able to manage all of my RBTs).
HOW to cancel advanced calling / deactivate advance calling:
MY VERIZON --> MY PLAN & SERVICES --> MANAGE PRODUCTS & APPS --> MANAGE YOUR PRODUCTS --> REMOVE (Advanced Calling) FROM ACCOUNT
Just took me a while to locate.
