Data isn’t working!

The data button on my iPhone X is grayed out. I am on a family plan and we have unlimited data. My family members are not experiencing the same issues. I have made sure data is on and airplane mode is off. I reset the network settings a couple times. I did a hard reboot a couple time. I have iOS13.1.3. Cannot update to 13.2 despite being connected to wifi. Nothing is working! Help!

Sodapop123, we certainly want you to be able to access data. I am sorry to learn that you are having trouble. When did this begin? Did anything change on the phone?
