Data no loner working

Over the last few days my daughters phone would stop transmitting data when she wasn't on wifi. We have tried multiple things to get her data working again. We did the network rest, turning wifi off and on, we tried *228, I had her do a full IOs restore, and even lastly I took parental conrtol off the account. I have made 3 calls to verizon today to assist the with matter, and still no data on her phone.

I am in need of some assistance.
