My billing period is from the 15th to 15th but when i look up current data usage it says im still at 3.8 g why has it not reset on the current period sectiion on my phone? i dont want to go over
My guess is your cycle is the 16th to the 15th. If you are looking on the 15th, it's the last day of the cycle. It won't reset until the 16th.
If you are talking about the Cellular Data section of the iPhone itself, you have to reset this manually. It does not reset automatically.
I would recommend two things.
1. Download the MyVerizon app and use that to check your data. It will reset with your billing cycle.
2. Download a third party app such as "DataMan". You input your billing end date and your data allowance and it will track and reset automatically.
