Defective device address?

I've recently gotten a new phone under my warranty & need to know ASAP, the exact address that I send my older phone back to. Help?!!

I'm glad to read that you were able to receive a new phone, free of defects. But, I definitely want to assist in making sure that your defective device finds its way back to the right spot. When you received your new phone, did you receive a return label for your defective device?
