I use my phone for business. Lately voicemails have been delayed several days.
Info: iPhone 6, iOS 10. Cellular data is enabled.
I looked on this forum and in 2015 someone had success with resetting Network Settings. I tried that. Then had a friend call and leave a voicemail. They were in my office, so I know they did indeed leave the voicemail. It displays as a missed call, but so far, no visual voicemail.
I cannot afford to miss calls, especially from clients. Please advise a fix.
Thank you.
I just received three voicemails in a group: one from today, one from two weeks ago, one from three weeks ago. This is bad for business! Why is it happening and how can it be stopped??
KipKonner,
You need to receive your messages on time. Let's figure out what might be going on. How long has this been going on exactly? Is your device connected to WiFi?

The first of the three messages should have been delivered on 10/26/16. I'm
connected to wifi most of the time, either at home or on campus.

KipKonner, I would try going to a Verizon store for a new SIM card and also make sure the iPhone has the latest iOS 10.1.1 software update.
I have the same issue as KipKonner.iOS 10.2. I assume I should go to the Verizon. Just curious, how does the SIM card factor in on such an issue.
