its possible i guess we will see.. with the iphone 4 release i got it 3 days early

The big question though is do the notes down where it says "Picked Up" say "Future Delivery Requested" .... if so, regardless of that date, FedEx is required to hold it until the 21st.

mine doesnt, and from what it seems most peoples shipping says the 21 delivery date but ours is the 19th for some reason

called fed ex and then said it should be delivered tomorrow.. it has no hold or anything on it.. on mac rumors it appears some are out for delivery today..

when did you order your iPhone 5? i have yet to receive a tracking number or anything and i got a confirmation at 3:50 the first day of pre-orders but my email still says that it will be delivered by the 21st.

i ordered mine at like 2:50am edt.. got my confirmation at 3am, i didnt get my shipping info until a few hours ago.. a couple other people who live near me (tampa) posted around the same time saying they got theirs so they could be doing it by region

awesome, i will be checking my email regularly. i live in toledo, ohio so hopefully if they are doing it by region i will get some sort of shipping soon! as long as it's here by friday -monday at the latest- i will be happy!

I just received my shipping email with a tracking number. Im from Nebraska.

Mine does say hold for future delivery. Estimated deliver 9.21.12
