Sampson67, we want to ensure your husband is receiving his calls without issue. I welcome the opportunity to assist. Since the DND option is off in his iPhone, it's possible his line may need to be reprovisioned to our network as his line may be set to an active DND in our switch or there could be another issue altogether. We'd definitely have to review the account to check.

Try dialing *73 from his phone and then hitting talk/send. It will beep 3 times quickly and hang up, thus cancelling call forwarding as more than likely the immediate forwarding was activated somehow. I would certainly try this first.
