Disabled Iphone 5c won't restore, Help!

My daughter reset her passcode, then forgot it and the phone is now disabled. We tried restoring it via itunes, and it didn't go through after two tries. What can I do to regain access to her phone?

Contact Apple.

If it is disabled as their antitheft thing then you need your Apple ID and password.

Not sure what all you tried via iTunes (recovery mode for example) but take a look at this Apple Link and see if any of it helps. It would be the same things Apple will ask you to go through if you are still under warranty. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
