My iPad shows "no service at the top by the WiFi icon. Could it be that my payment is late? I did a check over the phone for a "future date".
Is the iPad a 4G and wifi model, or just wifi? If the latter, then Verizon would not be able to interrupt the service. You would still be able to use it on wifi. If it is also model with 4G, they would be able to prevent you from accessing their network. With your explaination, have you tried connecting to WiFi connection and seeing if the device works? Have you tried resetting the network connections in settings?
