for the last 4-5 mon. now, I have had all kinds of trouble with my phone freezing up. shutting dn. not being able to make calls, get calls, send texts, rec. texts. FB and other apps shutoff as soon as I open them. the sales reps at local Verizon store not much help. have rebooted numerous times. did the hard shutdown. why am I having all this trouble? not happy at all with this phone.
