Spent a total of 20 hours trying to get 3 new iphones activated. Visited the Apple store 3 times over a week with no success. Each time I got unsatisfactory help. Apparently Verizon's policy is to only activate two phones for new customers. Even after verifying with their customer support that my account was approved to get the third phone, no luck. Truly very frustrating experience.
After spending a total of 5 hours talking to Verizon customer service issue still not resolved.
Bottom line: I am going to AT&T to get different iPhones and then taking back the Verizon phones.
