I'm needing to downgrade and start all over. I've tried everything to fix my issues. After I updated, my buttons on my keypad will stick or not work at all. The screen will dim, the slider will not slide. It shuts down unexpectedly. When the phone was brand new everything was fine, but with every update, more and more issues everytime.

We would never want you to downgrade your device! I know its important to have a properly working device, and we want to help. Has there been any liquid or physical damage to the device? Which buttons and keypad are not working? Does it shut down after being in a particular application? Keep me posted.
