I spoke to a Verizon rep on Dec 26, 2020 — to ask if changing a number on a BOGO phone would effect the promotion. She took a long time to check and confirmed that BOGO will remain as is, nothing will happen to it, it will define you stay, I will not loose it. So she proceeded with the number change. The result - I notice now on my bill that I lost my BOGO and now paying a full price for the phone because of how untrained and unprofessional that rep was. I would like to escalate this case. Please advise.
