I cannot open the .xls format file from my email on iPhone 6. I have no problem accessing the other Excel files.

Who can provide a solution?

Did the other Excel files have the same extension format?

We want to make sure you are able to use all of your features. Are you still experiencing the same issue? Do you have an application to view the files you are trying to open? Do you have any other issues with any other Excel files?

Make sure that you have the correct URL and that the owner of the file hasn't deleted it. Get stuff done with Google Drive Apps in Google Drive make it easy to create, store and share online documents, spreadsheets, presentations and more.
