Fall Switch Promotion

Did anyone else purchase new iPhones in the fall with the promotion for a Echo Dot/Smart plug, $200 Mastercard gift card, as well as a trade in promotion? I've been in contact with Verizon regarding the $200 giftcards owed 5 times now and I've been told the run around each time. It's subimitted and under review, it will take 7 to 10 business days. Well this has taken 2 months with no end in site. This is the first issue i've ever had with Verizon. I've been a loyal customer for several years. Why isn't this resolved?
