if I use family base to limit my children's data use , will they still be able to use their phone for call and messages when they use up all their data?

Hi Elizabethpage,

That is a great question as it's important that they are able to maintain contact. If you limit their data use, and they reach their limit, they will absolutely still be able to make calls and text. They will just receive a notification when trying to use data, that they have used their limit set by Family Base, and that they can use Wi-Fi to continue use.
