A trick to find out if anything has been generated for your phone or if it's actually shipped is to go to either fedex.com or ups.com and track by reference. Your reference could be your cellphone number or the billing number (perhaps a home phone number). If it is in either shippers system yet then you will be able to see your tracking number and where it is located...or at least if a label has been generated. I don't know why I didn't think about this earlier....it would give some of you that have been watching their accounts and emails closely another way to monitor. It does work...IF either carrier has a label generated for it. If it says there is no info available and you have used every possible reference number that it could be then it is not in the shipping process yet. Anyway, hope that helps some of you out.
