I wanted to order the new iPad Pro (2018), not an apple fan boy but I feel this will work well for my business. When I ordered I deliberately selected the option that had the closest delivery date. I received the order confirmation for Nov 7 in fact here is the information from the confirmation:

Deliver by : 11/07/2018

I just happened to click the Status update this morning, and low and behold it now says:



We received your order and it is in process.

Shipment date


My biggest issue, why promise a date and then change it if I had known it was the 14th I would have selected the model I really wanted, I have received NO update from VZW on the change in status, VERY disappointed with VZW. I understand there is demand HOWEVER the option on the site said Nov 7 other options had different dates, their confirmation also agreed. Yet now the SHIPMENT Date is the 14th not even receive date. I've been with VZW for about 15yrs now and stayed loyal but there is definitely no loyalty back.

Same thing, but mine is going to be the 21st...I should have just tried to do an in store option
