Can set up first two steps, but it went from $15 to $40 to reactivate my little sister's phone from her former 5s to new 5s. Why is it doing this to my dad, he is getting super mad and doesn't like why Verizon is doing this when he's never had to do it before. Please reply w/ helpful information ASAP!
