I recently switched over to Verizon, previously I was on a sim card company (goredpocket) and I had my existing number ported over. As of two days ago I got my iphone 5c and there is service, I'm able to use the data and make outgoing calls and outgoing texts.. But when someone tries to reach me by the number, my verizon iphone dosen't ring, but my old phone for redpocket rings, same with receiving texts. I even tried to keep that phone off, but I am still not being able to be reached by number on my new iphone 5c. Please Help ASAP!
