Hello,

I just had an installation request pop up on my iPhone and so I went to install it and my phone turned off and now I can't get it to turn back on.  Right now the screen is showing iTunes.  I've tried rebooting my phone and it won't work.  Can you help me?

I've heard your cry for help and I am here to assist. Let's get your iPhone up and running. Was it a software update to iOS 7? Is the screen telling you to plug the device into iTunes?  I would recommend plugging the device into iTunes and try restoring it,http://bit.ly/b9oN5S.
