Help please

My iPhone 4s fell into water. I wiped off as much water as possible. I can't access anything on my phone now. My phone keeps lighting up to turn it off yet I can't. Different features keep going on and off. I have to be up early in the morning and don't have an alarm clock.I don't have anyone who I can borrow an phone from. I can't afford to repair my phone right now.I put it in rice and it just keeps lighting up or turning on Siri. Does anyone how to fix it?

Most likely you'll need new equipment. If you don't have insurance then try eBay, swappa.com  amazon, verizon cpo. Just make sure it's a verizon phone. Sometimes friends or family can loan you their backup until you could upgrade or whatever
