Help with Selling an Upgrade to iPhone5

Hi everyone - I have a plain phone (no data plan, phone/text only).  I dont need a smartphone, I dont want a smartphone...  I would like to take advantage of the hot market for an iPhone 5.  Can I upgrade to the iPhone5, activate it and then sell it on ebay and return to my old phone with no data plan with no penalties?  Is there a minimun time I need to keep the data package once I upgrade?

You can activate it and then switch back immediately and cancel your data plan.

You can do it.  There is no penalty other than the 2 year agreement you signed.  Also the termination fee if you ever decide to cancel will be $350 less $10 per month you kept the line active after the new agreement goes into effect.
