I have music on my phone in the "music" folder.  Is there a way I can play the music on my bluetooth?

Yes if your Bluetooth supports that type of profile.

As mentioned, yes you can IF the bluetooth device you are using supports the profile. My car stereo has a bluetooth function that lets me play the music on my iPhone. If your bluetooth device does not support the iPhone it won't work but depending on what that device is you may be able to get a software update to make it compatiable. You would have to check with the manufacturer (or in the case of OEM car systems you may have to check with the dealer).
