Why do I get horrible reception like my phone cracks while I am

on it, the calls drop, and calls do not come through all the time?

I know it is very important to ensure your service is working properly. How long have you been hearing this noise on calls? What is your zip code? Is your iPhone up to date with the latest iOS?

I've been having this problem for over 1 yr .

My zip code is 91762

Thank you for this info Yvette94. No service issues have been reported. Are these issues experienced both indoors and out?

Have you tried Resetting your Network Connections to make sure your phone connects properly with the network? Please go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This will reset your WiFi connections, so please make sure that you enter in your WiFi passwords.
