Hot spot died?

My mobile hot spot very suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason, the internet connection was lost and now the device won't turn on or respond to anything ????  Is there something I can do?

I would go to an apple store so u could get it fixed or get a new one since ur within warrenty. If ur not near apple store call Verizon. Do u have applecare if so call apple?

Hello Suzyess,

 

Wow the device won't turn on? I would be pulling my hair out if I couldn't get my device powered up. Let's see if we can get this resolved immediately.

 

Please connect to a wall charger for an hour and then try powering it on. Have you tried resetting the iphone? Please press and hold the home and top buttons (for approx: 15 seconds) until an apple logo appears then release and retest. 

 

Please let me know if these steps help. These steps are for an iphone. If you have a personal hot spot device please let me know and I will provide different steps.
