My mom is with Verizon but I'm not, how much would it be if it's just us, and I wanted a iPhone 6?

You did not give very much info. What plan is your mom on? More Everything? My Verizon?
Will your mom need to add data to her account to support your data use? How much data does she have now, and how much do you plan to use.
Do you have the iPhone 6? How are you planning on buying the iPhone 6? I don't think Verizon or Apple is still selling new iPhone 6.

She will need to add data, I don't know, and I plan to use about 3-5 GBs.
I wanted to buy it at the store. And I plan on using cash.
If she is on My Verizon and has a 4 GB plan, and you plan on using up to 4 GB more than that then:
Increasing data from 4 GB to 8 GB + $20/month
Adding Smartphone Line + $20/month
There is a new line one time charge of $20 I believe also.
There will also be taxes and fees associated with the extra $40 in monthly charges.
So in general about $40 plus taxes and fees extra per month, and a 1 time set up fee.
If she is on My Verizon plan
You do get no overage protection - if you mom turns on Safety Mode. Once you use all your data, the data rate will slow down significantly, but you will not get overage.
You get carryover for 1 month of any unused data
